I designed the structure and surroundings at the same time, like building walls of architecture.
After determining the area of the design that is structurally and functionally established (the thickness of the board, the width of the angle that is structurally useful, etc.), repeat the sensory decision rather than the rules of the design (reasonable thinness, lightness, etc.) I completed it.
I think that the image aimed at did not deteriorate by sharing images while avoiding languageization as much as possible with the gallery owner.
The color was sampled from the shadow color in the morning and evening.

ジュエリーショップのために設計した什器から派生した、オブジェクティブな家具シリーズ。
“WALL” は空間を仕切るように、構造を考えると同時に光や影を考えた壁のような家具。
仕上げは、合板の安価で無個性な素材というイメージを一旦捨て素材そのものと向き合ったところ、
断面の縞々と一枚一枚表情の異なる表面の無骨さを生かした。
色は朝方と夕暮時の影の色からサンプリング。
展示会「WALL by MARISHIMAZAKI× tmh.」にて発表。
